Membership Categories

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP:
Regular membership in NYAHMA is available to professional property management companies who manage one or more federally, state, or locally subsidized or insured housing projects.

Property Registration
Dues for Regular Members include registration of individual properties owned or managed at $2.00 per unit with a minimum of $100 and a cap of $250 per project, per year. This also includes not-for-profit companies and projects. Registration includes Membership for one (1) Property Representative per site

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP:
Affiliated property membership in NYAHMA is available to syndicators, consultants, accountants, architects, builders, attorneys and associated professionals involved in or providing professional services to  owners, individual managers or government regulatory agencies in such housing.

AFFLIATE MEMBERSHIP:
Affiliate Membership in NYAHMA is available to product service vendors doing business in the property management and maintenance area.  Affiliate membership is also available to professional service providers, banking services, legal, accounting and insurance service providers whose clients include property management companies.
